Are external stakeholders charged?
Never. Owners, developers, architects, and construction managers receive reports via magic link with no account or paywall. Stakeholder access is free forever.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans prorate the difference; monthly plans take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I have more than 75 active projects?
