Common questions.

Do you charge per project or per seat?

One subscription per firm. Plans are metered by job count only — unlimited internal seats, no per-seat nickeling. Paused, archived, and completed GC jobs do not count toward the GC cap.

Are clients charged?

No. Stakeholders (owners, owner's reps, CMs) are included at no extra charge. Anyone on the job can also log in for live updates during the week.

What do clients get?

Clients get standardized weekly stakeholder reporting and can log in for live updates during the week. Owner’s reps and CMs can too. Same account as the report.

Can I switch plans mid-year?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade GC plans at any time. Annual plans prorate the difference; monthly plans take effect on your next billing cycle.

What if I have more than 75 active jobs?

Email zack@structionwise.com and we’ll size a plan based on your real job count.

Is there a founding offer?

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You keep access to all historical reports for the remainder of your billing period. We’ll provide a full export of reports, constraints, and photos on request before access ends. Published reports remain immutable snapshots of what was issued.
